Jungo Mortgage Coach Integration Setup Guide

Congratulations on your decision to combine Jungo with Mortgage Coach!

1) To get started, you’ll need to get your API key. This can be found by logging in to Mortgage Coach. Click on Settings.
At the bottom right of your Contact Tab, you’ll see a field that says Mortgage Coach API Key.
Copy that API key code.

2) Once you have copied the key:
-In Jungo: Click on the App Launcher (9 Dots) and click on Mortgage Coach Settings

-select “Individual” on the dropdown
-Paste the key into the API key field
-Fill in your Mortgage Coach Login (the email address you use to log in to Mortgage Coach).
-Press Save Mortgage Coach Settings.

3) Next you’ll need to add the Fields and Buttons to your Contact Page Layouts.
Back in Jungo, head to Setup. Click on the Gear Icon, and click on Setup.

– Click on Object Manager, and then click on Contact

-Click on Page Layouts. Click on the Page Layout Name you want to add the Mortgage Coach Buttons and Fields to. For example, Contact Layout.

– Within the Page Layout Editor, Click on Mobile & Lightning Actions. In the Quick Find Search Bar, type “Run“, drag the two buttons for Run Rent vs Own Report and Run TCA Report to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section on the Contact Page.

-If you use the Classic Interface, you can also click on Buttons, search “Run” and add the same two buttons for Run Rent vs Own Report and Run TCA Report to the Custom Buttons section.

-Now that you have added the Buttons, you will need to add the Mortgage Section to the Page Layout.
Click on Fields, type “Mortgage” in the Quick Find/Search Bar, and click and drag the New Section down to your desired location for the new Mortgage Coach Section. 
– Name the Section Mortgage Coach, and make sure it is 2-Columns. Click OK.

– Click and drag the fields Last Mortgage Coach Presentation and Send Mortgage Coach Presentation to the new Mortgage Coach Section you just created.

– Once you have finished adding the Buttons and Fields to your new Mortgage Coach Section, click Save.

4) Next you’ll need to add the Fields and Buttons to your Loan Page Layout.
-Click on the Object Manager, and click on Loans.

– Click on Page Layouts. Depending on which Page Layout you are currently using (Loan or Transaction/Property, if you are on an older Jungo account), click on the Page Layout Name to access the Page Layout Editor.

–Within the Page Layout Editor, Click on Mobile & Lightning Actions. In the Quick Find Search Bar, type “Run“, drag the two buttons for Run Rent vs Own Report and Run TCA Report to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section on the Loan Page.

-If you use the Classic Interface, you can also click on Buttons, search “Run” and add the same two buttons for Run Rent vs Own Report and Run TCA Report to the Custom Buttons section.

-Now that you have added the Buttons, you will need to add the Mortgage Section to the Page Layout.
Click on Fields, type “Mortgage” in the Quick Find/Search Bar, and click and drag the New Section down to your desired location for the new Mortgage Coach Section. 
– Name the Section Mortgage Coach, and make sure it is 2-Columns. Click OK.

– Click and drag the fields Last Mortgage Coach Presentation and Send Mortgage Coach Presentation to the new Mortgage Coach Section you just created.

– Once you have finished adding the Buttons and Fields to your new Mortgage Coach Section, click Save.


5) The last step is to add the Mortgage Review Button to the Loan List View

– Click on Search Layouts within the Object Manager for Loan. Click the Down Arrow next to Search Results, and click Edit.

– Click on Mortgage Review from Available Buttons under Custom Buttons, and click the Right Arrow Button to Add it to Selected Buttons. Click Save.

– Click on List View Button Layout within the Object Manager for Loan. Click the Down Arrow next to List View, and click Edit.

– Click on Mortgage Review from Available Buttons under Custom Buttons, and click the Right Arrow Button to Add it to Selected Buttons. Click Save.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up your Jungo Mortgage Coach Integration!

You will now find the Mortgage Coach Section and Buttons on your Contact and Loan Page Layouts, and the Mortgage Review Button in your Mortgage Reviews Loan List View.
