How to Add Homebot to a Loan Record Page

1. Select Gear icon in top right corner, then select Setup
2. Select Object Manager
3. Search and select the Loan object from the list
4. Select Page Layouts
5. Select option for Loan Layout
6. Once Page Layout has opened, select the Mobile & Lightning Actions menu at top of page
7. Locate Push to Homebot option
8. Drag and drop field in to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section below menu
9. Select Save
10. Navigate back to Loan page and refresh page to confirm option has been added.

Using Jungo to Push to Homebot

1. Select Contacts tab
2. Select and open Contact Record to be pushed to Homebot
3. Select Push Buyer to Homebot in top right corner
4. Once Push Buyer to Homebot form is opened, it may prompt for the Homebot API Key to proceed
5. Select Set API Key to proceed to next form
6. Complete remaining Push Buyer to Homebot form
7. Select Push to Homebot
8. Select OK on Confirmation window
9. Navigate to Homebot to confirm Buyer was pushed

How to Sync a Jungo Contact to Homebot as a Buyer

1. Navigate back to Setup menu
2. Search and select Flows
3. Once Flows window is open, select New Flow in top right corner
4. Select option for Record-Triggered Flow
5. After Flow Builder has opened, input the following on right menu:

  1. Object: Loan
  2. Configure Trigger: A record is created or updated
  3. Set Entry Conditions: All Conditions are Met (AND)
    1. Field: Status
    2. Operator: Equals
    3. Value: Closed
  4. When to Run the Flow for Updated Records: Every time a record is updated and meets the condition requirements
  5. Optimize Flow: Actions and Related Records

6. Moving to Flow Builder on the left, select the Plus (+) sign below Run Immediately to open the Add Element window
7. Search and select Push Loan to Homebot to open the form
8. In the form on the right side, input the following

  1. Label: Push Loan to Homebot
  2. API Label: (Will populate automatically)
  3. Impersonation User: select slider, search and select Triggering MtgPlanner, type ID, scroll down on menu and select Owner ID (ie. Triggering MtgPlanner > Owner ID)
  4. Loan to Push: select slider, search and select Triggering Contact, type ID, scroll down on menu and select Record ID (ie. Triggering Contact > Record ID)

9. Select Save in top right corner
10. Complete Save the Flow form (API Name will auto populate)
11. Select Save
12. Select Activate in the top right corner
13. Confirmation will appear at top of page confirming Flow is activated
14. Test the Flow by going to Contact record and selecting the Status, Closed

How to Automatically Sync Buyers to Homebot

1. Navigate back to Setup menu
2. Search and select Flows
3. Once Flows window is open, select New Flow in top right corner
4. Select option for Record-Triggered Flow
5. After Flow Builder has opened, input the following on right menu:

  1. Object: Contact
  2. Configure Trigger: A record is created or updated
  3. Set Entry Conditions: All Conditions are Met (AND)
    1. Field: Stage
    2. Operator: Equals
    3. Value: Closed Client
  4. When to Run the Flow for Updated Records: Every time a record is updated and meets the condition requirements
  5. Optimize Flow: Actions and Related Records

6. Moving to Flow Builder on the left, select the Plus (+) sign below Run Immediately to open the Add Element window
7. Search and select Push Buyer to Homebot to open the form
8. In the form on the right side, input the following

  1. Label: Push Closed Buyer to Homebot
  2. API Label: (Will populate automatically)
  3. Buyer to Push: select slider, search and select Triggering Contact, type ID, scroll down on menu and select Contact ID (ie. Triggering Contact > Contact ID)
  4. Impersonation User: select slider, search and select Triggering Contact, type ID, scroll down on menu and select Owner ID (ie. Triggering Contact > Owner ID)
  5. Marketing Interest Zip Code: select slider, search and select Triggering Contact, type Code, scroll down on menu and select Mailing Zip/Postal Code (ie. Triggering Contact > Mailing Zip/Postal Code)

9. Select Save in top right corner
10. Complete Save the Flow form (API Name will auto populate)
11. Select Save
12. Select Activate in the top right corner
13. Confirmation will appear at top of page confirming Flow is activated
14. Test the Flow by going to Contact record and selecting the Stage, Closed Client
