We are back with Part 2 of our interview with Jeremy Forcier, a Jungo Power User and Top Loan Officer!
Kay: You are super on-the-go. Can you tell us a little bit about your experience with the Mobile App?
Jeremy: When you are using stuff all the time you don’t think about it. I use the mobile app as much as I use the desktop version. The phone app is incredible and, once again, if you are doing the basics, you have all the information you need right at your fingertips. We use the calendar all the time. I haven’t used an outlook calendar in years, we just use our Jungo calendar. The reason that’s so important is team access. Your entire team can access and edit and add to your calendar. It follows a process. It streamlines everything. What Jungo does is it makes it so you don’t have to remember anything, you just need to know where to find it. That decluttering of your brain allows creativity and to live more in the present moment, which is so important as a loan officer. I can access everything in the app, loan history, interaction history, all from my phone.
Kay: Final Question- a big concern we hear is how long the set-up takes. A lot of people want to do big build-outs and they are worried it will take a lot of time. Do you think the set-up is worth the outcome?
Jeremy: Yes. I didn’t change anything in Jungo for the first 4 years I was on it. I used it very efficiently right out of the box for a long time. Where people get in trouble in my opinion, as someone who has brought on multiple enterprise clients, is they try to over customize it. Don’t try to build the Great Wall of China in one day. Just use it. Master the basics and everything else is based off those functions. Honestly, there is HUGE value in it, especially from a compliance stand point. It keeps everything super compliant. So, don’t over customize and use support.
The support at Jungo is ridiculous. I honestly don’t know how to do a lot of things in here. I just email you guys and they answer all my questions and set up every workflow.
So, start slow, and use the stuff that is already there like the reports and pipelines.
Kay: Yeah people don’t realize that our support team is made up of real people who want to answer the phone and talk to you, which is rare.
Jeremy: Exactly and, here is a last thought from me- fact, this is a fact, out of our top 20 Loan officers, 12 of them are Power Users of Jungo. Shocker! There is a lot of data that supports that people who are really good at mastering CRM are going to do much much better than the average Loan officer.
